What we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiry and request forms — when you order samples, request a take-off, register a warranty, apply to distribute, or contact us, we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone, company, postal address, and whatever you tell us about your project. Files you attach are stored with the submission.
- Orders — if you place an order, we collect billing and shipping details and the contents of the order. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on this site.
- Accounts — if you create an account, we store your name, email and address so you do not have to re-enter them.
Information collected automatically
- Log data — our host records IP address, browser type and pages requested, which is used to keep the site running and secure.
- Cookies — the site sets cookies to keep your cart and session working, and to remember preferences. Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser; the shop and cart will not work correctly without the essential ones.
- Location — the dealer locator asks your browser for your location to sort results by distance. You can decline and search by postcode instead.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, send samples, prepare a take-off, or process and ship an order
- To register and administer product warranties
- To put you in touch with a distributor, dealer or contractor in your area
- To send product updates and offers, where you have asked to receive them
- To maintain the security and performance of the site

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to do the thing you asked for:
- Payment processing — card payments are handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
- Shipping — carriers receive the delivery details required to complete a shipment.
- Distributors and dealers — if you ask to be connected with a local supplier, we pass on the details needed to make that introduction.
- Service providers — hosting, email delivery and analytics providers process data on our behalf under contract.
- Legal — where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and correspondence are retained for as long as they are useful for supporting you and any resulting warranty. Order and tax records are kept for the period the law requires. Warranty registrations are retained for the life of the warranty. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
Marketing
If you opt in to product updates, every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional messages about an order or warranty you have with us.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
