Would it be possible to create outside and inside curves using the deck tile trim and fascia? And if so, what would be the best way to attach these curved pieces?

We strongly do not recommend trying to create curved deck tile trim and fascia. We would suggest adapting your patio to the straight edges of the decking instead. You could also cut the deck tiles to a curve matching your patios curvature.
