The Answer
Our ECC-IS report (https://www.newtechwood.com/pdf/NewTechWood-ICC-ES-Evaluation-Report.pdf) confirms, that if installed as required, at that our decking can handle about 100 lbs/sqft live load. This means that the entire deck could be covered at 100lbs/sqft and still be supportive. Most common deck additions such as tables, hot tubs, benches, and other similar furniture should therefore be OK.
