Waste allowance

Each side is already rounded up to the next whole foot, because a partial row still takes a full row of tiles cut to fit. 5% on top covers a mis-cut or two.

Edge finish

Straight fascia — a sloped edge ramping down from the tile to the surface

Fascia A sloped edge that ramps down to the patio or balcony surface. The usual choice for an area you walk onto. Straight trim — a squared edge cap at full tile height

Trim A squared edge cap at full tile height. For edges that meet a step, a planter, or a raised border. No edge pieces Tiles only. Fine when the whole area is boxed in by walls or a border.

Untick any side that runs along a wall. Those sides get no edge pieces, and the corners next to them drop out of the count.

Color (optional)

Pick one color and the list checks each edge piece against it. Not every piece is stocked in every color, and a close match is normal for corners.
